How do you display a signature’s images?
1- Viewing images from Internet Explorer settings:
In some cases, images in your Outlook signatures may be replaced by a red cross and an error message.
You can correct this from Internet Explorer.
- Open Internet Explorer and go to "Settings":
- The cogwheel will open a menu: click on "Internet Options":
- This will open the options. Go to "Advanced":
- You will see a dropdown list with a series of boxes, ticked or unticked. Scroll down to the "Security" category.
- You will find a ticked box named "Do not save encrypted pages to disc".
- Deselect the box and apply the changes:
- Relaunch Outlook and your signature will appear!
2- View your signature images from the Windows registry:
Recommended for administrators and experienced individuals only
These settings can also be changed from the Windows registry.
- Open the registry and change the value of the following keys to 0
- For a single user without a group policy:

DWORD: DisableCachingOfSSLPages
Value: 1 (change value to 0)
- For a single user dependent on a group policy:
