How do I create my first email signature?
- Click on "Create" in the "Email Signature" tab on the homepage
- Configure your email signature template. In the left-hand column, give your signature a name and upload your company logo.
- Scroll down to configure your email signature template. In part 3, check the information you want to appear on your email signatures, i.e. family name, first name, etc. In part 4, if you want to encourage your recipients to follow you on social networks, enter your social networks’ URLs:
- On the right-hand side of the screen, scroll through the email signature templates and choose the one you like. Boost My Mail provides 18 templates in total!
- Finally, assign the newly created email signature by selecting your users. If you want to see the tutorial, it’s right here: Assign an email signature to employees. If you haven't added any users, go to: Add users
